Dallas Off-Road Bicycle Association
Complete rebranding of identity, marketing and advertising

BACKGROUND

The Dallas Off-Road Bicycle Association seeks to be at the forefront of promoting the sport of mountain biking, land access, and advocacy for the North Texas area, and serve as a model of leadership for other cycling organizations.

Growth in membership in needed to provide the tools and infrastructure used to build trails. DORBA also coordinates with local municipalities, property owners and governmental agencies for care and use of trails located on their properties.

  • Cycling education programs that advance a cyclists knowledge and skill level in a fun and encouraging atmosphere
  • Non-competitive cycling events that foster a sense of fellowship and camaraderie that appeals to the diversity that is found within mountain biking community
  • Competitive cycling events catering to XC, endurance, and racers of all racing skill levels
  • Adherence to national IMBA guidelines for trail development and insurance requirements
  • Partnerships with land managers that can serve as models for new trails

RESULTS

Re-Brand of all existing pieces to better represent the club and remove the impression that it was only a racing club. Created a family friendly design reflecting the club’s mission of trail creation and maintenance. Dramatically increased club awareness and visibility resulting in new membership, sponsors and club revenues. Continuing to update and create new advertising to further the clubs growth.
